Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.
John F. Kennedy
I am focused on achieving the results critical to being a husband, friend, father, neighbor, employee . I have experienced life’s difficulties enough to incorporate core values of why people work, live or react as they do and I process dynamic techniques that demand that leaders & coaches take control of the culture to create experiences that foster beliefs, that drive actions, that produce the ultimate competitive advantage.
I have only found this to be capable by surrendering myself to God and His plan for my life. I am passionate about ethical living and being a positive motivating force in life. I love good literature and positive and proactive individuals. I love ministry, feeding the hungry, working with the disadvantaged youths and others in society, I am somewhat of a social mogul and hungry for information about social injustice and others life experiences.
I never knew that blogging would be a way to express what pains I feel day-in and day-out. Since the birth of this page I have met some wonderful people that have rendered me opportunities of growth and empowerment and for that I say thank you. I also salute the many who take time to view “Fresh Oil”. I truly write to help others more than I aim to help myself. I have other likes such as cooking and modeling being an over comer of drug addiction and riotous living. The restoration of Personal development I now share is a gift of Fresh Oil from the holy spirit hence that’s why I elected to name this blog page “Fresh Oil”. It is my hope that as you read “Fresh Oil” you not only have an encounter with Knowledge, but that you have a worship experience until you get to your house of faith and prayer. Make it a blessed day or evening until we read or just like our words of expression.

My prayer is that we continue to stay connected. Yes, it’s been over thirty years since I’ve seen or heard from you but you were never forgotten.
